Restaurant Style Fried Rice In 5 Minutes.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil, sunflower or canola
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
¼ cup carrots, finely chopped
¼ cup cabbage, finely chopped
¼ cup capsicum, finely chopped
¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
2 large bowl boiled rice
3 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons soya sauce
½ teaspoons black pepper powder
salt to taste
spring onion for garnishing

Steps In Making
1)Place a pan over high flame and add oil in it. Now let it turn hot.
2)Add finely chopped ginger and garlic and saute for a minute.
3)Further add all the vegetables, carrots, cabbage, capsicum, red and yellow bell peppers and let them cook for a minute. Do not over cook for long. The vegetables should have a crunchy texture.
4)Now add the boiled rice and mix well.
Further add white vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper powder and salt. Mix till everything is well combined.
5)Cook for a minute and then switch off the flame.
6)Serve hot with your favourite gravy.
