In 10 minutes make this simple and easy Masala milk premix at home. Perfect for kids and adults both. This will help you boost your immunity and is perfect for winters. A must try.

Ingredients
Premix
2 tsp black pepper corns
2 tsp cloves
8-10 green cardamoms
ยผ cup almonds
ยผ cup walnuts
ยผ cup pistachios
ยผ cup cashews

Prepare Special Masala Milk
2 cups milk
2 tbsp premix we prepared
2 tsp sugar

Steps In Making

1) In a pan add black pepper corns, cloves and green cardamoms and roast them for a minute. Once done remove them in a plate.

2) Now add almonds, walnuts, pistachios and cashews. Roast them for 3-4 minutes or until it gets a light golden colour.

3) Let them cool down for sometime and then grind them in a mixer grinder till it forms into a fine powder. The masala mix premix is ready.

4) This can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer for upto 2 months.
